Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites.
Duties
•
Assist in concrete forming and finishing tasks to ensure structural integrity.
•
Support carpentry work, including framing and installation of structures.
•
Help with remodeling projects, including demolition and installation of new materials.
•
Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively as required on the job site.
•
Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed for various construction projects.
•
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
•
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Skills
•
Proficiency in concrete forming and finishing techniques.
•
Experience in carpentry work is preferred.
•
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards.
•
Ability to plumb structures accurately for level alignment.
•
Welding skills are a plus for metalwork tasks.
•
Fabrication experience is beneficial for custom project requirements.
•
Competence in heavy equipment operation, such as forklifts or excavators.
•
Knowledge of stucco application techniques is advantageous for exterior finishes.
