We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Assembler who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a variety of assembly tasks, following technical instructions accurately, and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates who are proactive, eager to learn, and interested in developing their skills across multiple fabrication areas will thrive in this position.
- Work Schedule: Standard four (4) 10-hour shifts on second-shift.
- Overtime: Team members averaging about 5–7 hours of overtime on Fridays.
- Bonus Opportunities: Eligible for two (2) bonuses throughout the calendar year.

- Perform gasketing, studding/pemming, and other assembly operations on metal components according to specifications.
- Install hardware and other components accurately and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and related equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Apply attention to detail and precision to all work performed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting multiple fabrication areas as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Take initiative to follow projects and assignments through to completion.
- Foster positive working relationships with coworkers, supporting a productive and engaging work environment.- 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and interpret technical terms.
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Action-oriented, proactive, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
- Engaging personality with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
