Assembler III (Heavy - 1st & 2nd Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to fabricate and assemble components using various hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the department.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to improve processes.

- Assist in training new assembly line workers as required.

- Position involves repetitive lifts of product up to 75 lbs.

Skills

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.

- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment.

- Familiarity with assembly line operations and best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
