Job Description

Ameren Illinois is looking for a Gas Trouble man Apprentice 1st Year in Peoria, IL who will be responsible for the following duties:* Gas transmission and distribution main and service construction and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Successfully pass the EEI CAST test and Gas Evaluation administered by the Company as applicable. [Note: See "Employment Testing" section on www.ameren.com under the "Careers" section].

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and retain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and must become respirator qualified.

Successfully candidate must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and driver qualifications.

Must be able to work with the public, shift work, and overtime.

Hourly Pay:

Grade Step BW 060 Step 1 of 1 (Top Step) - 40.34 USD
