Gas tech G2/Duct Cleaning Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

- Perform routine duct cleaning tasks in residential, commercial spaces,

- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

- Conduct duct cleaning duties such as HRV maintenance, central vac, dryer vent and applying disinfection with duct cleaning service

- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

- Assist with vehicle maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.

- Lift heavy objects as required to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

- Previous experience duct cleaning an asset.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
