Gas Measurement Technician Ito join our Metrology Division in
Midland, TX. In this impact-driven role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and calibrating gas meters and associated mechanical and/or electronic systems. If you’re team-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven, we want to hear from you.

- Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain primary and secondary gas measurement devices;
- Conduct multi-point verification, orifice plate inspection, and troubleshoot gas measurement systems;
- Maintain work schedules with customers and SPL, including communicating schedule changes promptly;
- Prepare and submit required documentation such as COC documentation, field service tickets, and calibration reports;
- Identify industry-related equipment and measurement terminology accurately;
- Transport hazardous and nonhazardous materials safely;
- Train and mentor new employees on primary tasks;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education;
- Previous measurement experience strongly preferred;
- Intermediate knowledge of AGA/GPA/API Measurement Guidelines and regulatory requirements (BLM, COGCC);
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under limited supervision;
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

- Full-time position following a varying work schedule of 8-16 hours per day;
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed to support business priorities and deadlines;
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and/or inclement temperatures.
