POSITION SUMMARY:
The Gas Lift Service Shop Hand will be tasked with setting up and tear down gas lift equipment, running inventory counts, and maintaining Gas Lift shop in good shape for visits and day to day operations. This person in this position may deal directly with Gas Lift Field Technicians and respond to Operations Manager. This role is very important and crucial in our business; therefore, professional attitude and responsibility is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Prep of gas lift valves/mandrels as per the design
•
Prep of wireline set and tubing set packers
•
Prepare job Forms with the correct inventory item number and quantities
•
Assist in the shop as required
•
Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop.
•
Test and maintain equipment in the shop.
•
Set and Tear Down equipment in accordance with applicable technical procedures.
•
Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
•
Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis.
•
Assist in the shop and make deliveries.
•
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Liberty Lift Solutions.
•
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
•
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•
2+ years of industry experience in the gas lift and completions product lines
•
Capable to work with limited supervision
•
Basic computer skills
