Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong track record of building user-facing features across modern frontend stacks. You'll help shape the entire Base experience, from learning about the company to viewing real-time energy use, managing outages, and understanding your bill.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with the customer in mind, cares about clarity and transparency in user experience, and has taken complex features from idea to launch. You'll guide architectural decisions, balance technical tradeoffs, and ensure we deliver software that's both reliable and easy to use.
