Full-Time Dump Truck Driver (Class A CDL Required)

Daanen & Janssen, Inc, a local stone producer since 1925, has an opening for a FULL-TIME DUMP TRUCK DRIVER.

The Dump Truck driver is responsible for the safe delivery of various materials (sand, gravel, soil, crushed rock) to sites throughout Brown County and the surrounding counties and the maintenance of the quad-axle dump truck. This position requires good customer service skills, the ability to complete necessary daily paperwork, the ability to inspect the truck for any mechanical issues before each trip, the ability to perform preventive maintenance, and to operate a quad-axle dump truck while maintaining compliance with all company rules, and local, state, and federal regulations.

The Dump Truck Driver works Monday – Friday, though some weekend hours may be available throughout the year depending on customer need. This position works 40 to 60 hours per week with possible lay off during the winter months.

To be considered, applicants must:

· Be at least 18 years of age.

· Have a valid CDL with Class A certification and a clean driving record.

· Valid Federal Medical Card (Unless grandfathered in).
