Full Time and/or Seasonal Driver at R.R. Cortazzo

Job Summary

We are seeking a driver to join our team with at least 1 year of experience delivering heating oil to homes and businesses. Must have a clean driving record with a CDL plus Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.

Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicle, including tank trucks.

- Promptly deliver to customers making sure each delivery is done in an efficient and timely manner.

- Check with office staff on dispatched orders that come in while on route for deliveries.

- Maintain a clean truck at all times. Washing your truck will be directed by management as needed.

- Answer and aide customers in any questions or concerns they may have upon delivery.

- Keep records of deliveries in an organized order as they are being done.

- Weekends will not be a requirement to work but will be offered as needed.

Skills

- Previous experience as a home heating oil driver is a plus but not a requirement.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
