About This Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Truck Inventory Specialist to oversee the stocking, cleanliness, and inspection readiness of our service trucks. This role is essential to ensuring our technicians are fully equipped and compliant, enabling efficient service delivery. Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC parts is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Maintain inventory levels of all company trucks to ensure technicians have required parts.

•

Restock and replenish inventory based on usage trends and upcoming appointments.

•

Perform routine inspections for truck cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.

•

Track and log inventory in our software systems (Service Titan or equivalent).

•

Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for reordering parts and supplies.

•

Identify missing or underused items and report inconsistencies.

•

Conduct monthly truck audits and enforce company standards for vehicle maintenance.

•

Support with parts returns, core returns, and warranty items as needed.

•

Serve as a point of contact between field staff and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•

Prior experience with plumbing and/or HVAC parts preferred.

•

Ability to lift, organize, and manage physical inventory.

•

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

•

Familiarity with inventory or field service software is a plus (e.g., Service Titan).

•

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary Range: $26.00-$30.00 Per Hour- Depending on Experience

Salary based on experience, certifications, and familiarity with HVAC and plumbing parts.
