Front-End Loader Operator/Plant Operator

The Front-End Loader/Plant Operator is responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment and grounds, along with front-end loader operation when needed.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Operating a front-end loader for stockpiling and loading customer trucks (not a forklift)

- Maintenance of conveyor systems and other plant equipment

- Mowing and weed-eating of plant property

- Painting plant equipment and buildings

- Assisting with other operations as needed

Work will be performed at a plant facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. After a 60 day probation period, we offer a competitive benefits package, which includes health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, and a 401K plan.

Requirements of the position are:

- 3 or more years of experience as a loader operator

- Ability to load trucks using a Front-End Loader

- Ability to work during severe conditions, including inclement weather

- Ability to work 11 or more hours per day

- Ability to work Saturdays when required

- Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds
