Position Summary

The Loader Operator position reports to the Plant Manager and will be in a role of (secondary supervision) production teamwork. Primary functions are to safely charge ready mix plants and material (sand and gravel), maintain stockpile areas and to service the loader. Our Ready-Mix customers, the Batchman, and the Mixer Operators are all vital to the Loader Operators performance function and should be considered the Loader Operator's “Customers”.

Working Conditions

Majority of time is spent outside, operating equipment, working in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc.
