Front Desk/ Appointment Setter

We are seeking a part time Appointment Setter/ Telemarketer to join Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, located in Holbrook, New York . Four Seasons is one of the largest manufacturers of sunrooms, screen enclosures, and greenhouses and solutions for outdoor living spaces. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building product’s needs.

The front desk/ appointment setter is responsible for cold calling, answering incoming calls, and using scripts to provide information about the product. We are looking for someone to work 20-30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:

- Cold call prospective customers from the list provided and try to set up appointments

- Answer the incoming calls from propective customers

- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes

- Review and enter data in the systems

- Go the "Extra mile" to facilitate future sales

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills (customer phone interaction)

- Detailed Oriented and ability to learn new computer systems

- Persistent and results- oriented

- High School Diploma

- Willing to train the ideal candidate
