Position Overview

In this role, youll be a key player, providing both leadership and hands-on support for our concrete teams across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, power plants, oil and gas, renewable energy, and more.

As a skilled professional, youll use your strong construction knowledge and hands-on experience to manage projects, lead crews, and help solve challenges on-site. Whether youre working on commercial, industrial, or energy-related projects, no two days will be the same, and youll have the chance to grow and make a real impact on the success of the projects you lead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and working in different settings. Youll also need to be flexible and open to traveling, as much of the work will take you to different job sites and out-of-town locations.
