The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs the job responsibilities in such a way that all of the products that are made are of high quality and the customers that are served are completely satisfied.
Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to:
Ability to control and utilize safely and correctly; i.e. toaster oven, slicers (must be 18 years or over), pan grippers, spatula, different types of knives, can opener, scales, microwave, speed oven, bread oven/proofer, coffee makers, etc.
Ability to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products
Ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and to inventory items
Ability to operate cash register, computer, and other basic machines and equipment
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
Ability to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature of 40 degrees for up to 30 minutes
Cleans and organizes workstations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness
Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
