Alpine has been in existence since 1975 providing services in the commercial and Industrial industry.

We currently have five business units; Commercial, Industrial, Flooring, Welding, and shop work.

We mainly operate in the Tri-State area we have years of experience in surface preparation and coating

application experience in a wide variety of facilities, including Warehouses, Hospitals, Manufacturing Facilities,

or any project that demands commercial & industrial painting services. Our reputation of quality is achieved from

ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Surface Preparation:

Prepare surfaces for epoxy and resinous flooring installation by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.

Ensure proper substrate conditions for optimal adhesion.


2. Material Mixing:

Mix epoxy and resinous materials according to specified formulations.

Verify color matching and consistency for each flooring project.


3. Installation and Application:

Apply epoxy and resinous coatings using various techniques, including trowel, squeegee, and roller applications.

Execute decorative finishes, textures, and designs as per project requirements.


4. Quality Assurance:

Conduct inspections during and after flooring installations to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Address any imperfections and ensure a smooth, even finish.


5. Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in epoxy and resinous flooring installation.

Perform routine inspections and address any equipment issues promptly.


6. Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all flooring installation operations.

Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.


7. Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete flooring projects efficiently.

Communicate effectively with project leads and supervisors.


8. Project Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of flooring specifications, material usage, and project details.

Assist in generating reports for project documentation and quality assurance.

ABOUT YOU - TRAITS AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS:


1. Technical Proficiency:

Epoxy Application: Ability to apply epoxy and resinous coatings using various techniques, including trowel, squeegee, and roller applications.

Surface Preparation: Skill in preparing surfaces through cleaning, grinding, and addressing substrate imperfections.

Material Mixing: Accurate measurement and mixing of epoxy and resinous materials according to specifications.


2. Attention to Detail:

Precise and meticulous in the execution of flooring installations to achieve a smooth, even finish.

Ability to identify imperfections, bubbles, or inconsistencies during and after installations.


3. Safety Consciousness:

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all flooring operations.


4. Teamwork and Communication:

Effective communication with team members, project leads, supervisors, and clients.

Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with other crew members and contribute to project success.


5. Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the flooring installation process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in applying Epoxy and Resinous Flooring.

Knowledge of different coating materials, application methods, and surface preparation techniques.

Familiarity with sandblasting equipment and processes.

Ability to interpret project specifications and adhere to quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Knowledge of safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and follow project timelines.

Relevant certifications or training in industrial painting and sandblasting is a plus.

Authorized to work in the U.S.


SCHEDULE:

Typical Business Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, with flexibility

Location: 17 Florida Ave., Paterson, NJ 07503


COMPENSATION:

$21.00- 31.00 hourly range to start, depending on experience
