Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refinishing floors using a stripper machine and applying required coats of wax.
Duties
•
Stripping floors of wax using a stripper machine
•
Applying wax in accordance with customer requests.
•
Buffing and polishing floors as required.
•
Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are free from stains and dirt.
•
Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
•
Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in floor refinishing work is required.
•
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
•
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
•
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
•
Good physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
