Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves working with students in a private school setting, focusing on their individual learning needs and promoting their overall development. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and guiding them through their educational journey.
Duties
•Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
•Educate students in various subjects, with an emphasis on early childhood education principles.
•Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a supportive and productive learning atmosphere.
•Provide special education support as needed, ensuring all students have access to quality education.
•Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
•Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student development.
•Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students.
•Offer early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.
•Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students, including those needing toddler care.
Skills
•Proven experience in private school settings is preferred.
•Strong background in special education practices is highly desirable.
•Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
•Proficient in lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
•Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support student learning.
•Experience teaching physical education or related activities is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
