Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Fleet Parts Coordinator / Delivery Driver to join our operations team. This role is essential in keeping our fleet running by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts and supplies to mechanics, job sites, and warehouses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent driving habits, a strong work ethic, and a five-year clean driving record. If you enjoy being on the move and supporting field operations, this position is for you.
Note: company truck and fuel card provided, background and driving check is mandatory before hiring. MSHA class training provided.
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians, field crews, and job sites using company vehicles
- Maintain inventory control of parts
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding orders and delivery status
- Assist in managing stock levels and organizing parts in the parts room
- Keep accurate delivery logs and maintenance records
- Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the delivery vehicle
- Support shop or warehouse tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license with five years of clean driving history (no DUIs, major violations, or accidents)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of equipment or automotive parts is a plus
