At Superior Fuel, our fleet powers the Northland, and we need someone who can help keep it in top shape. As one of the region’s leading providers of propane and fuel, we’re growing fast and need a coordinator who can manage maintenance schedules, communicate across departments, and ensure our assets stay safe, compliant, and ready to roll out.

What You’ll Do:

- Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance across multiple locations

- Support communication between managers, technicians, and drivers

- Track and update asset status and movement

- Monitor and manage reported defects using digital software

- Gather additional details or clarification on reported issues

- Determine urgency and prioritize repairs accordingly

- Order and manage parts supply for maintenance needs

- Follow up with managers and technicians to ensure timely completion

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and updates

- You have experience in fleet coordination, maintenance, or logistics
