Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician/ Eng with FAI Location: Fort Worth, TX - Onsite work only

Must have:

•

Experience in create and review First Article Inspection (FAI)

•

Pre-Plan

•

Aerospace exp, Manufacturing or Production experience

Job Description:

•

Aerospace/Automotive/ Medical background

•

FAIR/Pre-planning Experience

•

Interpret blueprints, specifications & work instructions.

•

Manufacturing Experience (an added advantage)

•

RCA/Problem Solving/Risk Mitigation

•

Min experience: 1+ years

Main Responsibilities:

•

Preplan AS9102 compliant FAI’s utilizing planning document, 2D/3D engineering drawings.

•

Develop AS9102 Forms #1,2 and 3 (Customize if required to meet customer requirements.

•

Create a Ballooned” drawing which links engineering features to the appropriate entry on the FAI form.

•

Add instructions/remarks for inspection.

•

Prepare and maintain applicable FAI Metrics.

•

Standardize FAI Plans based on Part families.

•

Automate the process to reduce the errors in planning.

•

Perform FAI Reviews in Net-inspect

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

Experience:

•

First Article Inspection (FAI): 3 years (Preferred)

•

Aerospace/Automotive/ Medical background: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
