JOB TITLE: Entry Level -Pour & Debridge Operator

REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 1st Shift Position (7AM-7PM)/12-hour rotating 2-2-3 shift

STARTING PAY: $22.56, with the ability to earn more

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pour and Debridge Operator for our Finishing department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment involved in the aluminum finishing process, ensuring that products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will manage the pouring process of molten aluminum, remove any unwanted debris, and oversee the quality assurance procedures to ensure our finished products are of the highest standard.
