JOB TITLE: Entry Level -Pour & Debridge Operator
REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader
SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 1st Shift Position (7AM-7PM)/12-hour rotating 2-2-3 shift
STARTING PAY: $22.56, with the ability to earn more
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pour and Debridge Operator for our Finishing department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment involved in the aluminum finishing process, ensuring that products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will manage the pouring process of molten aluminum, remove any unwanted debris, and oversee the quality assurance procedures to ensure our finished products are of the highest standard. What You Will Be Responsible For
• Operate machinery for pouring and finishing aluminum products.
• Monitor the pouring process to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Remove and manage metallic debris and ensure the cleanliness of finished products.
• Perform regular checks on machinery and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to maintain product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Work Environment/ Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
What You Will Need
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to safety regulations.
• Ability to pass company background check and drug screen.
