Position Summary

Provides oversight of the intake, analysis, and prioritization of all CPS Energy investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Responsibilities may include leading the project management and evaluation of financial projects, performing budgeting and financial analysis, completing complex financial reports and/or performing accounting research, to include documenting findings. This successful candidate will possess strong analytical, financial, and project management skills, demonstrating expertise in capital investment processes, business case development, and navigating dynamic business environments. They should be proficient in handling complex data and prioritizing multiple initiatives effectively.

Minimum Education

Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, or other quantitative field from an accredited university or at least one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, CMA, CPP, Certified Treasury Professional, CFA or an equivalent OR extensive CPS Energy institutional knowledge related to posted position in lieu of Advanced Degree or Certification

Required Certifications

Working Environment

Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Ability to travel between business related events. Work hours may be extended.
