Job Description Misión:

Support the US Concessions Team by conducting economic and financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities over the full investment timeframe, including capital raising, origination and execution of PPP/PF tenders, across a diverse range of infrastructure assets. The role includes supporting our Asset Management team to maximize the value of assets in Concessions portfolio, including projects in the construction phase and those in operation and maintenance. The role will require regular liaison and interface with the Concessions Financial Management Team (based in Madrid) and externally, with relationship lenders, financial advisors and consortia partners.

Funciones

Bids and Tenders Modelling: Independently manage the preparation of analysis and bid proposals, from strategy formulation, financial model development and control, to drafting terms, in conjunction with other bid workstreams including Operations, Financial, Technical, Legal, Commercial and Consortium Advisers.

Corporate governance: Develop internal financial models for project finance and assess the viability of business opportunities, including supporting the business development team to develop and manage ACCIONA Concessions equity approvals.

Asset Management: Support in monitoring and valuing the portfolio of Acciona Concessions investments in concessions companies. Analyze potential refinancing, rebalancing, valuations and value enhancements for Concession assets.

Project Financing Support: Project financing processes, collaborating on defining financing structures, reviewing bank term sheets and due diligence documentation, and negotiating with various entities until financial closure.

Collaboration: Work with different company areas in rebalancing, refinancing, and valuation processes that may arise in the affiliated companies.

Sustainability: Coordinate with ACCIONA’s local and corporate teams to develop Sustainability Linked Loans’ and Green Financing strategies on tenders.

Required Skills And Competencies

- Education: Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management, or Engineering with some experience in financial analysis.

- Additional Training: master’s in finance and/or taxation highly desirable.

- Computer Skills: Advanced level in MS Office (advanced level in Excel).

- Others: International project financing highly desirable.

- Experience: minimum 7 years required in at least one of the following areas: analysis of infrastructure project bids, international project financing, or general financial analysis.

- Ability and confidence to work independently.

- Good presentation skills, oral, written and PowerPoint to describe and summarise outcomes of financial analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to review commercial principles and contract provisions into complex financial models.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
