Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Director of Finance and M&A and will play a critical role in supporting all corporate and strategic finance initiatives. The Financial Analyst will gain broad exposure to strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and new business initiatives within the midstream oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for corporate finance and M&A transactions

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support corporate financial planning, acquisition evaluations, and other strategic initiatives

- Perform in-depth financial analysis and research to support commercial and business development efforts

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

- Support due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions and new projects

- Prepare detailed presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate initiatives and provide financial insights

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field

- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly the midstream sector, is preferred but not required

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques

- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling presentations

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
