Additionally, gain exposure to different professional environments by working in offices located in Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, and Charlotte,

- Cultivate a Professional Network: Build a strong professional network through our buddy program and mentorship support. These connections will support your career growth beyond the program, creating a network of like-minded professionals who are committed to your growth.

- Opportunity to transition into the FEA program as a full-time employee upon graduation.

- Understanding the Energy Landscape: Gain insights into the energy industry and the customer landscape, equipping you with the knowledge to navigate and supply effectively to the sector.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related fields. Students graduating by May 2027 preferred, GPA requirement 3.2

- Proactive and driven, demonstrating care and emotional intelligence. Displays resilience with effective problem-solving skills.

- Curious learner, forward-thinking approach and a collaborative teammate.

- Relocation & Travel: Willing and able to relocate within the US.

- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
