Your Tasks:•Support the finance team in delivering financial analysis through data preparation and basic analytics.
•Assist in applying financial policies and procedures within the context of the company’s daily operations.
•Help maintain and document internal controls, workflows, and financial best practices.
•Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing data.
•Assist in ensuring internal controls related to revenue, cost monitoring, and budget tracking.
•Provide support in the month-end close process, helping with the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation activities.
•Collaborate with the controlling team to maintain financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for monthly analysis.
•Support expense reviews and cost control initiatives.
•Help prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders.
•Assist in documenting and improving internal processes and workflows, always under the team’s supervision.
Requirements:
•Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
•Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint for developing corporate presentations.
•Understanding of financial concepts.
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
•Ability to collaborate with different teams and adapt to a corporate environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Experience with SAP will be considered an asset.
