We're seeking a detail-oriented File Reviewer to join our growing team and help ensure accuracy and compliance in our restoration documentation.

As a File Reviewer, you’ll be responsible for reviewing restoration project files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurance and company standards. You'll work closely with estimators, project managers, and administrative staff to ensure every job file is clean, organized, and ready for invoicing or audit.

Review job files for documentation accuracy and completeness

Ensure compliance with insurance carrier requirements and internal standards

Verify that estimates, photos, contracts, and customer signatures are properly uploaded

Communicate with team members to resolve any missing or incorrect documentation

Submit finalized files for billing or approval

Maintain organized records for audits and QA reviews

Qualifications:

Experience in the restoration industry (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of Xactimate or restoration documentation standards is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams

Comfortable using project management and file review software
