We’re looking for a Site Survey Technician to join our growing team in Western Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, conducting on-site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations. Your work will directly support our design and installation teams in delivering high-quality, efficient solar solutions.

What You’ll Do
•Conduct detailed site surveys to assess roof conditions, shading, electrical systems, and other key factors.
•Use specialized tools and software to accurately document site conditions.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining the survey process and answering questions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
•Submit thorough and timely survey reports to support system design and permitting.
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience as a Site Survey Technician or similar role in the solar industry.
•Strong understanding of residential solar systems and installation requirements.
•Proficiency with survey tools, apps, and digital documentation.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to manage multiple site visits independently and efficiently.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
