- Lead and train others by Example by evaluating the performance of yourself and other team members.
- Works closely to the Operations Manager on scheduling, obtaining equipment for repairs and oversee field operations by doing site visits with crews.
- Make site visits to new jobs and communicate with clients how site conditions may affect our MOB.
- Support and provide oversight with rehab projects and serve as a field based extension of management by being able to streamline day to day production
- Communicate any short comings with the client, ensuring that both parties are on the same page and reporting this back to the Operations Manager.
- Create strong relationships with your contacts, field staff and management.
- Assist with minor repairs when it comes to field equipment.
- Apply pressure to those who need it due to lack of production and needs to help support both client and APS.
- Coordinate operators in a way to work effectively to execute each job and train ones that are not able to evaluate to move past certain situations throughout the day.
- Coordinate punch list items for jobs with clients and APS Operators.

- Perform high production without sacrificing quality of work and in a safe manner
- Maintain professional and Effective Communication with clients, field crews and upper management.
- Use Problem Solving Skills to Come up with Effective Solutions and be able to communicate those to APS crew and management team members to better the field and company.
