Territory Sales Manager – Field Services & Power Solutions

Generator Source is a leading provider of new and used industrial generators, offering turnkey solutions including sales, rentals, and field services. Our Field Services division specializes in expert generator maintenance, testing, and emergency repair services. We’re expanding in Texas and are looking for a motivated sales professional to grow our presence in the Austin market.

What You'll Do:

As the Territory Sales Manager for Austin, you’ll be the go-to person for developing new service business, supporting existing clients, and working closely with our field technicians to deliver top-tier generator service. Your focus will be on growing service contracts, emergency work, and maintenance agreements with commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Prospect and close new service customers in the Austin area through cold calls, site visits, and referrals

•

Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients

•

Promote field services such as preventive maintenance, diagnostics, load bank testing, and emergency repairs

•

Work with service coordinators and technicians to scope, price, and deliver jobs effectively

•

Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals

•

Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

•

Accurately track leads and sales activity in CRM

What You Bring:

•

6+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial services, power generation, HVAC, or heavy equipment

•

Familiarity with diesel/natural gas generators is a major plus

•

Strong presentation, follow-up, and closing skills

•

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

•

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (DOE)
