Job Summary:
•Performs all essential duties and responsibilities.
•Performs all duties and responsibilities with quality and in compliance with OSHA and APPA standards.

•Ensures all equipment is safe to use prior to operating.
•Keeps company vehicle and workspace clean and organized.
•Operates all equipment in a safe manner.
•Completes all Service Work Orders in a timely manner, and updates or adds equipment to system documentation where appropriate.
•Arrives on time to schedules jobs and completes them efficiently according to Department standards.
•Demonstrates the ability to work alone and with others in a team environment, maintain appropriate, respectful interrelationships with co-workers.
•Demonstrates the ability to comply with all employer/department personnel policies and work rules, including, but not limited to, attendance, safety, drug-free workplace, and personal conduct.

Qualifications:
•High School diploma required. College degree in telecommunications or computer science/technology or three (3) years in a related customer and/or technical support role preferred.
•Solid knowledge of networking and electrical codes and standards relative to residential or commercial communications cabling including basic networking troubleshooting on PC/Mac, familiarity with Small Home and Office (SOHO) networking routers/switches.
•Must be able to demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities.
•Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexible.
•Ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management, internal and external customers.
•Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
•Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
•Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong customer service orientation.
•A valid Indiana driver’s license required.
