We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician Helper to support our Field Service Technicians based in Leduc, AB in delivering exceptional service for our customers. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role with the potential for growth into more advanced technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

•

Assist in the installation and commissioning of IJACK equipment at oil and gas sites

•

Support technicians with diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining field equipment

•

Help provide technical support and customer training alongside lead technicians

•

Perform routine maintenance and shop-based prep work

•

Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts usage

•

Assist with inventory management in the warehouse or service truck

•

Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings, and always work in a safe and efficient manner

•

Collaborate with field staff, shop technicians, and the broader IJACK team to ensure high service standards

What We’re Looking For

•

High school diploma (or equivalent)

•

Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn

•

Willingness to travel and spend at least 1–2 days per week away from home

•

A positive attitude and team-first mindset

•

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take initiative

•

Strong communication and basic problem-solving skills

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•

Bonus: Experience in oilfield service or heavy-duty mechanical work is a plus
