Summary
As a Field Service Technician at True Canadian Energy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients across the energy sector. This position is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our solutions while contributing to our mission of excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities
•Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of wellhead equipment.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients in the field.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
•Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Train clients on equipment usage and best practices for optimal performance.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the energy sector is preferred.
•Strong technical skills with Thermal Wellhead equipment.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
•Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
