Field Service Technician Assistant

We are seeking a Service Technician Assistant with experience in hurricane protection solutions, including impact windows, aluminum and screen roll-downs, and accordion shutters. The ideal candidate will support the Service Technician during field visits and service dispatches, assisting with on-site repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing tasks. Responsibilities also include helping to diagnose technical issues and contributing to the identification of effective solutions.
