Job Overview

As a Field Service Operations Supervisor at Mainspring Energy, you will serve as a leader to deliver on customer availability to our growing fleet by maintaining our exciting and unique product.  You will build and supervise a cohesive group of technicians and subcontractors through positive engagement of your coworkers.  You will ensure that we maintain fleet uptime, plan and execute efficient service schedules and provide rapid response to reactive services.

You will be heavily involved in day-to-day operations and coordination tasks that enable the O&M Division within MSE to function effectively and efficiently and you will be hands-on in delivering on the field service schedule and execution through teamwork.

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

at our Torrance, CA

location. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, Mainspring offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.
