Field Service Engineer - Production Support

Job Type: Full-Time (1st shift) – Monday to Friday, 6am to 02:30pm.

Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

What you develop:

Providing production support to our client on APCO-designed and manufactured welding machines. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing specialized mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding systems/components. It also involves following up with production associates to ensure the full efficiency of the machines.

What you bring:

- 2–5 years of facilities or machine maintenance experience

- Associate degree or equivalent level of education

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics

- Solid understanding of electrical systems

- Knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems

- Self-sufficient, able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking, and proactive

- Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record

- Good physical condition, with the ability to carry up to 50 pounds (toolbox or parts) over 50 feet

- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- High attention to detail and quality

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics

- Welding process knowledge
