Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Deliver exceptional service, both remotely and on-site, across various categories including installation, maintenance, and advanced services.
- Install transformer hardware, sensors, and accessories.
- Ensure physical communication connectivity, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Integrate and test transformer software, including license initialization and firmware upgrades.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for customers and subcontractors during project execution.
- Assign tasks strategically to minimize costs and project duration.
- Test SEL relays using Omicron relay test sets or equivalent.
- Utilize industrial communication protocols like Modbus and BACnet.
- Associate Degree with 3 years of professional experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of professional experience.
- Physical fitness for duty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in data center fieldwork is a plus.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 85%.
