This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Representative at Arrival Energy Solutions. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for communication with customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, managing sales operations, and closing deals to drive revenue. This position is 90% Field Sales, 10% City Sales.
- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
- Maintain sales records and provide daily sales reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive to remote locations to meet with customers, sell tools and get tickets signed.

- Must live in Oklahoma as you will be commuting to Oklahoma rigs.
- Downhole knowledge is a bonus, will train the right candidate
- Valid Driver's license and a dependable vehicle (we will provide fuel, oil changes, tires and vehicle allowance)
