We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic individual to join us in multiple roles including sales and operations work.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales:

•

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our lawn care services.

•

Educate potential customers about our offerings, pricing, and benefits.

•

Secure commitments for service appointments from interested homeowners.

Telephone Sales:

•

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or generated through door-to-door efforts.

•

Follow up with potential and existing clients to schedule appointments or discuss service options.

•

Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Service Technician Duties:

•

Perform lawn care services.

•

Assess lawn health and suggest additional services based on customer needs.

•

Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door or telephone sales, is preferred.

•

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to persuade and communicate effectively.

•

Physical capability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.

•

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

•

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Knowledge of lawn care practices and equipment operation.

Skills:

•

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

•

Persistent and resilient in sales approaches.

•

Basic computer skills for managing CRM and scheduling tools.

•

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
