Lawn Technician

$50,000/yr NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We scoop dog poop - that's the tagline for our dog poop scooping company!

At POOP 911 you'll get a company vehicle (2022 Kia Soul LX or similar) and make $50k per year - that works out to about $2000 paychecks twice a month. A typical week is anywhere from 30-40 hours for experienced individuals. It takes a couple months to get up to speed, but our techs work 5.5-7 hour days most of the time. If you work hard and get done early - the rest of the day is yours. The first several weeks you should expect your route to take longer as you get up to speed.

$41k base pay

$6k easy to meet bonuses (we make these very achievable)

$3k in tri-annual bonuses (April 15, August 15, and December 15) no strings attached

Scooping poop is great and you never have to touch the poop! You walk around the yard and rake it into a bucket, when you're done you tie the trash bag and leave it in the customer's trash can.

You must have:

Relatively clean driving record

Reliable smart phone (Android or iOS) required for manager phone correspondence and email

No physical limitations that would prevent you from prolonged physical activity

Proper clothing is a must and a tolerance for MN weather; we work outdoors all year

Experience working unsupervised, and have attention to detail

Polite and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone with our customers

A love for dogs

Techs typically start their route between 7:00 and 8:00am. We service yards all over the Twin Cities' 7-county metro area. Please note this position will be treated as an independent contractor and no benefits are given nor assumed, no taxes are withheld from pay, etc.
