Field Data Collector Utility Poles

Alpine Communication, LLC is a leading provider of joint-use engineering, inventory, and drafting services for power utilities, cooperatives, and telecommunications companies throughout the southeastern U.S. Alpine is seeking a Field Data Collector to join our Field department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work outdoors to measure and audit attachments on utility poles

· Use an iPad, a telescopic measuring stick, and other tools to photograph and record data on telecommunications and other pole attachments

· Travel throughout the state to various project sites

· Accurately follow data collection methodologies and procedures

· Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle

· Strong attention to detail and observational skills

· Ability to read and interpret maps

· Reliable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines

· Comfortable working independently in outdoor environments

· Willingness to travel regularly for work across the state

Work Environment:

· Field-based position with daily travel to job sites across Florida

· Outdoor work environment in various weather conditions

· 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday

· Training and work equipment provided by the company

Pay:

· Piece-rate pay structure based on completed work

· Average weekly take-home pay ranges from $600 – $1,000 depending on individual productivity (typical annual gross income ranges from $40,000 to $70,000)

· Bi-weekly pay schedule
