Flex Work Location: Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or North Dakota

Potential Placement Opportunities: US Land Rigs or Offshore

Academic Disciplines: Engineering (all disciplines are welcome to apply; petroleum, mechanical, electrical, civil, or industrial preferred)

What will you do?

- Work on one of our US Land rigs in Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or North Dakota; these rig-based internships will be on a 14/14 schedule. You will work two weeks on and two weeks off throughout the summer.

- Gain first-hand experience and knowledge of how a Rig operates, what it takes to be successful in the field, and how H&P differentiates itself among its competitors

- Collaborate with various teams across operating areas and disciplines to achieve enterprise goals

- Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the utmost priority

- Seek to understand H&P’s role in the Energy Industry, including our brand, our customers, our product goals, and The H&P Way

What you need:

- Students currently seeking a bachelor’s degree, graduate degree, or certification program in Engineering (all disciplines are welcome to apply; mechanical, civil, petroleum, electrical, or industrial preferred)

- Students earning a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

- Students with authorization to work in the U.S.
