- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
- Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
- Follow all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to NOV company, HSE, and quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work overtime and shift schedules as required.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily.
- Regularly lift weights up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks for extended periods.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail to meet production requirements.
- Adapt to cross-training in various technical repair and assembly tasks.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, instructions, and repair/assembly procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong dependability, attendance, and judgment in problem-solving.
- Technical aptitude with willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
