Fall 2025 Co-op, Transmission Planning Engineer (Undergraduate/Graduate)

As our Transmission Planning Engineer Co-op

, you’ll contribute to the Economic and Policy Planning team by analyzing historical grid and market data to support long-term transmission investment strategies. Your work helps MISO identify and justify infrastructure improvements that ensure the grid remains reliable and efficient for millions.

A great day in this role means compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources, sharing insights with other teams, and seeing how your analysis influences key decisions. You’ll know you’re making an impact when your work helps guide long-term investments in the electric grid.
