Fall 2025 Co-op, Operations Planning Engineer (Undergraduate)

As our Operation Planning Engineer Co-op, you’ll analyze future operating conditions on the Bulk Electric System and help determine safe and reliable paths for maintenance and new construction. Your work ensures MISO can prepare for the grid of tomorrow.

A great day in this role means running power flow studies, solving real-world grid reliability challenges, and knowing your analysis helped ensure safe and stable operations for millions of people.
