Facility Technician (Licensed Electrician)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Facility Technician with an active electrician’s license to maintain and upgrade our factory’s electrical and building systems. This role requires both hands-on technical work and the ability to plan and execute major electrical projects.

Responsibilities

- Plan and install a 200 KVA transformer and related electrical infrastructure

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on factory electrical, mechanical, and building systems

- Support production by ensuring utilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently

- Work with contractors and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local codes

- Respond quickly to electrical and facility-related issues

Qualifications

- Licensed electrician (required) with proven industrial experience

- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, transformers, and switchgear

- 3+ years of facility/electrical maintenance experience in a factory or industrial setting

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
