Job Summary
ONEOK is seeking a dependable and motivated Facility Specialist to support the daily operations and upkeep of our facility. You’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep the building safe, functional, and looking its best. From basic plumbing and groundskeeping to maintaining building systems and equipment, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding workday.
Key responsibilities include:
Changing air filters and cleaning air shafts
Monitoring and adjusting building temperature settings
Inspecting and maintaining pumps, generators, and HVAC components
Performing minor plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
Supporting seasonal grounds care and exterior maintenance

Job Profile Summary
Perform work related to operating, maintaining and cleaning of facilities, furniture and equipment. Provide general services to building occupants, including but not limited to deliveries, setups and other assistance as requested.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities•Inspect and perform maintenance and alterations of new and/or existing office space.
•Perform tasks needed to maintain office space assignments throughout the facilities, including schedule coordination, executing office moves and office furniture installation.
•Maintain company assets by utilizing proper inventory control measures and storage methods to protect assets from damage.
•Analyze, research, and evaluate information including but not limited to:
+ Building plans.
+ Cost estimates.
+ Specifications.
+ Products and materials.
•Operate a company vehicle to pickup orders, material and equipment from vendors.
•Operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts, sweepers, lifts, utility vehicles and electric pallet jacks.
•Perform facility inspections to identify maintenance, security and safety deficiencies.
•Provide information, assistance and oversee contractors, service provider’s employees and others related to facility construction and maintenance activities.
•Perform building operations and maintain various systems including, but not limited to:
+ Office furniture and fixtures.
+ Breakrooms and refreshment areas.
+ Landscape and snow removal.
+ Parking garage systems.
+ Interior and exterior finishes.
•Provide assistance for mail room by receiving freight shipments; verify deliveries; and notify proper personnel of shipment arrivals.
•Perform dock area operations to maintain a clean, secure, and safe dock area and perform/coordinate routine maintenance on dock equipment.
Education
Work Experience
•Experience and/or training related to:
+ Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) construction building requirements.
+ Researching and preparing plans, cost estimates, specifications, documents, procedures and correspondence.
+ Reading and interpreting construction drawings, documents, manuals and correspondence.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
•Knowledge of: planning, design and methods of office construction.
•Knowledge of: computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems.
•Knowledge of: personnel policies and procedures.
•Skills in: use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position, including those required in building of furniture and general maintenance.
•Ability to: apply addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including the application of decimals and fractions.
•Ability to: interact, communicate and/or exchange information and instructions.
•Ability to: identify, research, evaluate and prioritize facility problems or specific situations and determine the appropriate action / response.
•Ability to: develop schedules and monitor activities to ensure compliance and meet objectives.

•Driver's License Upon Hire required
