Fabricator / Welder

Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with fabrication and welding techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves building and assembling components for various projects, primarily in a construction site environment. The Fabricator/Welder will work with various tools and machinery, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the fabrication process.

Hourly pay range includes hourly pay and the estimated value of bi-annual bonuses.*

Responsibilities

- Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.

- Operate fabrication equipment to prep metal components.

- Assemble fabricated parts according to project requirements, ensuring structural integrity.

- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Operate forklifts safely for material handling as needed.

- Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Familiarity with operating fabrication tools.

- Experience using precision measuring instruments.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training is provided.

- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus.

Pay: $24.25 - $30.50 per hour

Experience:

- Metal fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
